Learning from her grandmother at age 12, she has spent over 50 years perfecting the art of single-sided and double-sided embroidery. Her works, often featuring pandas and landscapes of Sichuan, have been exhibited internationally. She trains apprentices at the Chengdu Shu Embroidery Institute.
